Sunray is a specific kind of pleating performed mostly in skirts panels. It can be done in different pleat size. In sunray pleating one end of fabric has wider pleating patterns while on the other end, the pattern of pleating is comparably narrowed. When such detail is applied on fabric, it looks like rays of sun that’s why it is called sunray pleating. Sunray pleating is a fantastic pattern turning the fabric looks fabulous.
